8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

General Work Description:

  • Participate in and contribute to ongoing systems development, maintain company records
  • Telephone reception and contacting client’s or prospective clients as needed
  • Follow Development plan as defined by your Manager
  • Participate in production, organization, storage and distribution of company information
  • Ensure company facilities are organized, presentable, and ready for use at all times
  • Maintain conference room calendar
  •  Prepare facility for client meetings, presentations, and seminars
  • Provide input and assistance to other staff members
  • Learn all company services, products, processes and systems
  • Entering, accessing and retrieval of information via computer
  • Using software such as; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power-Point, and Excel Quick-books, ACT, Survey – Monkey, Constant Contact, ad company software, websites and portals
  • Maintain product and office supply inventory
  • Process client and vendor payments; enter invoices and processing accounts payable
  • Maintain and oversee office equipment and office technology, at times working with vendor companies for both quick solutions and long-term support
  •  Assist in booking travel and making lodging reservations
  • Assist in the organization and processing of company events and seminars
  • Prepare client contracts and documents and processing client agreement or termination information
  • Prepare prospective client packets and presentations
  • Process company mailings and packages
  • Other work as needed to support the company in achieving its goals

NOTE: ACT experience and Strong Database experience is a PLUS.
