We are looking for sharp, attentive, highly comprehensive people to join our team. Welding experience is a PLUS! But if you have excellent work history, score highly on our aptitude test, we may consider you for our training certification course for welders! This Position is in the Newton, IA area.
Hours of Operation:
Most openings are on 2nd shift and there are two shifts to choose from: 6am-4:30pm and 5:30pm-4am.
Positions are all temp to hire. They are working 8-10 hours per day M-F and 6-8 hours on Saturdays. 46-58 hours per week.
Requirements:
Must be capable of lifting 70lbs. Prior welding certification is helpful but not necessary- will train candidates with applicable education. Cannot have any felonies within the past 7 years, and must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, pulmonary function test, hearing test, vision test, and welding test. Must have steel toed boots, and have or be able to purchase a welding helmet. Full benefits and 401k available after probationary period met.
